Although the name and farm are new, we actually began raising Tennessee Walking Horses in 1990 to aid in our first love, field trialing English Pointers and English Setters, on the east coast circuit under the Stonehedge Kennel name. Since that time we have had the pleasure of witnessing the Rocky Mountain Horse in action and our love changed. Although we still compete in field trial competition, our main focus is now raising and training Rocky Mountain / Kentucky Mountain horses for our friends in the field trial community. Our main emphasis is breeding only the best foundation bloodlines. We will be offering several foals per year, along with a few yearlings and two year olds. While our horses are primarily raised for field trials, many of them would make excellent trail or show prospects. We are currently contemplating the show circuit and you may look for us in the near future. All of our field trial stock are trained for all aspects of trialing. We currently have ( scout horses, handlers horses,gallery horses ) all of which ground tie, and can be used to road dogs.
